CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the fact that I have limited availability, please note that there is a one-week cancellation policy. This is to ensure that those who need appointments have access to them.
At the time of booking, after selecting your session day/time, you will be asked to pay in advance for our work together. In the event that you need to cancel, any cancellations made less than 7 days prior will not be refunded; however, they may be rescheduled once. Cancellations made prior to 7 days, will be refunded in full, if the request is made in writing with proof of valid and verifiable reason for cancellation.

Your session is over the phone so you will be calling me on a private line, unless you have made another arrangement. This phone number will be provided to you during confirmation of your booking. Please do not use it for any reason other than your scheduled appointment. It is not monitored and has no voice mail or text capabilities.

Please remember to be prepared for your appointment and call on time. A delay on your end may result in a shorter session time.

In the case of emergency, accommodation for cancellation will be made on an individual basis. I do my best to make myself available to those who need my services. Once you have booked an appointment with me it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. It becomes an energetic contract, which means, in most cases, I am already working with you energetically. Please respect this aspect of the work with regard to scheduling any appointments and/or considering a cancellation.
